Last week I taught a new class for the first time. It was an introductory knife skills class for Concealed Carry Permit Holders. The class went extremely well and I was pleased at the large turnout (22 students) and the level of enthusiasm the training group had. I couldn’t ask for any better students! Special thanks go out to Sam Santa Rita for hosting the class and to all of the attendees.
I had a larger than usual percentage of female students, and one was even 8 1/2 months pregnant! If she can make it to training, what’s your excuse? Her husband sent me an email the day after the class. His wife went into labor about two weeks early! Maybe I should be marketing my classes to pregnant women who want their babies to arrive sooner!
Another student, Christopher Bunner (President and lead instructor for Charlie-Bravo- Six) wrote an excellent review of the class on his website. You can read all about it at the link below:
It was great having Christopher in the class and I appreciate the time he took to write the review. He teaches Concealed Carry Classes in the Central Ohio area. Check out his website if you are interested in taking one of his classes. I haven’t personally attended any of the Charlie-Bravo-Six classes, but it’s always a good sign when instructors are on a constant quest to improve their abilities by seeking training from other professionals.
