AR GAS KEY STAKING
One of the most common functioning problems I see with the AR-15 is caused by a loose carrier key. Check yours and make sure it is tight. You can stake it by hand, but the tool in the article (or a similar one from Brownells) makes the job much easier

Things we can actually control with foods, supplements and lifestyle changes – none of which have the costs or side effects of pharmaceutical drugs.”
How much Cash Should I have?
Some good advice here from a man who lived through his country’s economic collapse. I don’t think most folks have enough cash stashed away where it is easily accessible. Make sure you aren’t the one starving when the lights go out and your ATM/Credit Card stops working.
Using iPads before bed ‘can lead to a poor night’s sleep’
Blue light from any electronic source (Computer, Kindle Fire, IPad, TV) will interfere with sleep quality. Read: Lights Out: Sleep, Sugar, and Survival if you want to learn more about how to sleep better.
